PV solar repairs & maintenance
"PV solar panels are built for durability and proven to perform in terms of multiple decades. Very few technologies can claim this."
However, repairs are sometimes necessary and the need to ensure a system generates to its 'maximum performance' mean an assessment is a must if you feel your system is underperforming.

For solar heating systems, we recommend contacting a local plumber who can offer a similar service.
Additionally, since the earliest days of the solar industry, standards and regulations have been raised higher with the inception of tough MCS accreditation standards.
Solar pioneers may wish to check the integrity of their system if installed prior to 2009.

Free Health Checks warning.
Unfortunately, there are many within the dark side of our beloved industry that offer 'Free Health Checks or solar MOT's' for the purpose of upselling products at eye-watering prices.
MCS are working closely with Trading Standards to end these practices. We encourage anyone who has been approached by such a company to contact Trading Standards through the Citizens Advice helpline on: 03454 040506 or MCS on: 020 7090 1082.
Our assessment service is not that!
Our 'trusted installers' have come together to offer solar pioneers a reasonably priced assessment and/or health check to determine what problems (if any) your system is suffering from and if a repair can be achieved.
What we look for:
Our solar repairs and maintenance assessments have been developed to diagnose and find potential faults that may cause a decrease in performance of your system and/or problems with regulation compliance. This type of service is designed as an advisory or consultancy role and may indicate problems that previously went undiagnosed or not. It is at the discretion of the installer only to offer any repairs, remedies or alterations to what still remains the responsibility of your original installation company.
In no event will health check installers be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of inspecting your system.
"Feel the pride."
